Shipping, Sales Tax, and Fees
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States, Canada, and to APO/FPO addresses.There are no minimums. Really...
Orders received by 4 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders received after hours, on weekends, or holidays ship the following business day.
Shipping charges apply to international, bookstores, express service orders, and extended area postal codes in Canada. Charges are added at check out.
You can review your order and change shipping preference before entering payment information.
A sales tax of 6.75% is added to non-exempt orders shipping to Illinois destinations. Sales tax is not charged for other states.
A 5% GST tax is added to non-exempt orders shipping to Canadian destinations. An HST tax is added for these provinces:
- 7% British Columbia
- 8% Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick, and Ontario
- 10% Nova Scotia
Express Shipping
UPS express shipping is available in the continental United States. Express shipment orders placed by 3:30 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday ship the same day. We do not express ship on the weekends or UPS holidays.Charges for express shipping are added to your order.
Next Day Air: Delivered by noon the next business day.
2nd Day Air: Delivered by 5 p.m. in two business days.
3rd Day Air: Delivered by 5 p.m. in three business days.

For non-institution customers, customers in private practice, and international orders, credit card payment is required when you place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
