What are the shipping, tax, and fee charges?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States, Canada, and to APO/FPO addresses. No minimum is required.Shipping charges apply to international, bookstores, and express service orders. Surcharges apply to extended area postal codes in Canada.
Shipping charges for international deliveries vary based on order weight and destination. Please choose either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
If you order online, shipping charges will display before you submit the order.
Express shipment options are available for an additional fee.
A sales tax is added to non-exempt orders shipping to Illinois destinations. A GST tax is added to non-exempt orders shipping to Canadian destinations. An HST tax is charged for some provinces. An extended area surcharge is added to certain postal codes.

When will I receive my order?
Average UPS and USPS delivery times are 2-5 business days after shipment. Average UPS delivery times to Canada are 6-10 business days.How and when do you ship?
UPS is our standard carrier for all United States, Canadian, and APO/FPO orders.Priority Mail International and Express Mail International are the options for all international orders.
Orders received by 4 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or UPS and USPS holidays.
Express shipments must be placed by 3:30 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday.
