How do I get off your mailing list?Call 800-897-3202 or complete this form.
May I preview a product before I purchase it?No. You may return any product within 30 days of purchase if the product is in saleable condition.
Are samples and demos of your materials available on your website?Yes. Download up to ten FREE sample pages of any product. Use them with your clients. Our demos show you how our interactive software programs, therapy products, and tests work.
If I cannot find a product in your catalog or on your website, is it discontinued?Yes.
What is your policy for desk copies?We offer complimentary desk copies to teachers and professors who are requiring 10 or more students to purchase a copy of that title (usually a book) for a college course. To request the desk copy, simply send an e-mail message to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Your name and university address; the course title, number, and semester; and an estimate of the number of students you're expecting to attend the course.
Does LinguiSystems donate products?Yes. We donate products for door prizes and giveaways for state speech-language and hearing association conferences. Send your request to email@example.com. Please set your spam filter to allow emails from this address.

What is your return policy?PRO-ED 30-Day Guarantee. In the unlikely event that something you ordered does not work in therapy, return it to us within 30 days in saleable condition.
Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return with the item. In order to expedite your credit, please make sure that the item is in saleable condition and is not out of print by calling our toll free number: (800) 897-3202. You will receive a full refund, less handling charges.
This policy applies to all LinguiSystems products except Apps purchased from the iTunes store, Google Play store, or Amazon Appstore.
