1. How do I order?
You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Shop online anytime! Call us at 800-776-4332. Fax us at 800-577-4555. If you experience any difficulty with these toll-free numbers, call (309) 755-2300 or fax us at (309) 755-2377. Our website accepts credit card orders (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and purchase orders from U.S. and Canadian businesses or schools. Terms are net 30, please remit in US dollars.

2. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all regular shipments in the 50 states and Canada, and on APO/FPO orders. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the free shipping offer to other international orders, bookstore orders, or express service orders. Shipping charges for overseas delivery vary greatly depending on order weight and destination; after you place your order we will contact you for approval of the charges before we ship.
If an express shipment option is selected the UPS charge for that service will be added to your total.
3. What about sales tax?
6.75% sales tax will be added to non-exempt orders shipping to Illinois destinations. No other states are charged sales tax. 5% GST will be added to non-exempt orders shipping to Canadian destinations, or 13% GST/HST where applicable.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received Monday through Friday before 4:30 PM CST are shipped the same day (3:30 PM for express services.) Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days in the United States and 5-7 business days in Canada. Overseas orders may take anywhere from 2 to 21 days, depending on destination and your choice of carrier.
5. How do you ship?
United States
All orders shipping within the 50 United States are shipped UPS.
Express shipments
The following express UPS services are available in the continental United States only. The UPS charge for such services will be added to your total.
Next Day Air: Delivered by noon the business day after shipment
2nd Day Air: Delivered by 5 PM two business days after shipment
3 Day Select: Delivered by the end of the third business day after shipment
Note that weekends and UPS holidays are not business days, e.g., a Next Day Air order shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
Our shipping department is not open on weekends or holidays, e.g., a Next Day Air order placed on Saturday will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
We need to receive an express shipment order before 3:30 PM CST to ensure shipment that same day.
Express shipment orders received after that time will ship the next business day.
APO/FPOs
All orders are shipped US Postal Service.
Canada
All orders are shipped UPS. We are required by Revenue Canada to collect either 5% GST or 13% GST/HST where applicable. Customs brokerage charges are 5% of merchandise total ($5 minimum to $50 maximum). An extended area surcharge of $25 applies to postal codes X0A-X9Z and Y0A-Y9Z.
Other Countries
Orders are shipped by your choice of International Air Parcel Post or UPS International. After you place your order we will contact you with the charges for both so you may make your choice.
6. Do you sell gift certificates?
Buying Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased by phone by calling 800 776 4332 between 8 AM and 6 PM CST, or online. [giftcertorder link] Gift Certificates may be purchased for any amount.
Gift Certificate buyers may opt for either an email or hard copy version of the certificate. If you select email we will send the certificate as a PDF file to your email address. If you select Hard Copy we will send a printed certificate by regular mail to any shipping address you specify.
Gift Certificate orders received Monday through Friday before 4:30 PM CST will be emailed or mailed the same day. Gift certificate orders received after hours will be emailed or mailed the next business day. Most mailed certificates will arrive within 2-5 business days in the United States and 5-7 business days in Canada.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Gift Certificate dollars may be redeemed by providing the Gift Certificate number and the amount you wish to redeem at the time you place your order. Simply include this information on fax and mail orders, give the information to our Customer Care representative on phone orders, or provide it when prompted at Checkout on web orders.
You may redeem all or part of the value of a Gift Certificate on a given order. Unused Gift Certificate dollars expire one year from the date of purchase.
7. I live outside of the United States. How can I order your products?
You can order by mail, phone, fax, or web or from the following distributors:
Canada
We do not have a Canadian distributor. Our Canadian customers can purchase directly from our catalog by phone, fax, or mail, or through our website. 1. Do you really mean Lifetime Product Guarantee™?

Catalog
1. How do I get on your print catalog mailing list?
You can call us at 800-776-4332, write us at service@linguisystems.com, or click on the Get Our Catalog page and complete the form. We’ll mail you a current catalog and put you on the list for future mailings. LinguiSystems does not rent or sell its mailing list.
2. How do I get off your print catalog mailing list?
We do purchase names and addresses from reputable mail list companies. If you’re currently receiving one of our catalogs, it’s because you are currently in our database OR we purchased your name and address from a mail list company.
If you don’t want to receive future mailings from us, please call us at 800-776-4332 between 8 AM and 6 PM CST. Please have all the information from the back cover of your catalog handy. We must have all this information to process your request, including catalog codes. Better yet, simply mail or fax us the entire back cover of the catalog with a phone number where we can reach you, or use our online form. We’ll see that you do not receive mailings from us in the future.
Please be aware, though, that mailing lists for a given mailing are finalized weeks ahead of the physical mailing. We might receive your request after your name has already been drawn for our next mailing. If that is the case, you will receive one more mailing from us before your de-list request becomes effective. But that will be the last one!

Special Requests (Copyright, Product Donations, Desk Copies, Translations)
1. I want to copy pages of a book for a workshop I’m giving. What are LinguiSystems copyright guidelines?
All of our products are copyrighted to protect the fine work of our authors. When deciding whether to copy materials, please keep in mind that copying without permission is a violation of the Copyright Act of 1976 which protects educational materials just like other literary works.
LinguiSystems publishes many workbooks that include reproducible items such as activity sheets, handouts, checklists, forms, etc. The individual owner of the work may photocopy these reproducible pages as needed for his or her own use with students or clients. Any other reproduction or distribution of these pages is not allowed, including copying the work to use as another primary source or “master” copy. If a school or business owns the work, it may not be shared among colleagues. The organization must own one copy of the work for each person wishing to photocopy pages from it.
In addition, the free CDs included with many of our reproducible workbooks are for the personal use ant convenience of the individual owners of the books. It is unlawful to copy these CDs or store their contents on multi-user networks.
LinguiSystems also publishes several works that may not be copied. These include test manuals and test protocols, game booklets and game cards, kit components, reference books, etc.
If you have questions about whether you may photocopy a particular work, check the copyright statement printed on the lower-right corner of the title page, or feel free to contact us. We appreciate your attention to our copyrights and are happy to answer your questions.
2. I would like to use a product as a text for a college class I teach. What is your policy for desk copies?
We would be happy to provide a desk copy of a book that is used as a required text in your college course. Just send us a request on your college letterhead.
3. Does LinguiSystems donate products?
We do donate products for door prizes and giveaways to be used at state LD and Speech conferences.
4. I’d like to translate a LinguiSystems product into another language. What should I do?
Send us your request in writing. We do not allow any tests to be translated. Most requests to translate products for your own personal use will be granted. Contact us for information about distributing your translations of any of our products. Please keep in mind that our materials are based on Standard American English, and any references to curriculum are based on standard curriculum in the American public schools. We ask that you be sensitive to the cultural differences and needs of your students when using the translated materials.

1. What is the LinguiSystems University Connection® Program?
Through the University Connection® Program, LinguiSystems periodically provides FREE products and catalogs for the students’ clinical library. These products enable SLP students to use LinguiSystems products as they complete their clinical training.
2. How can I include my university in your University Connection® Program?
E-mail the name of your university and your faculty contact person’s name and e-mail address to
