What is LinguiLoot®?
LinguiLoot® is our Frequent Buyer Program. It’s our way of helping you save on the personal, out-of-pocket purchases you make all the time. It works like a rewards program. As a member, 10% of what you spend on any prepaid order gets deposited into your personal LinguiLoot® account. You can use these earnings on any future, personal, prepaid purchases. We know you spend your personal dollars on professional materials. That’s why we created this program just for you.

Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no fee to join. It’s absolutely FREE!

How does it work?
When you join LinguiLoot®, you’ll receive an account number. Each time you place a prepaid order with us, give us your account number and you’ll earn 10% of that order in LinguiLoot®. Earned LinguiLoot® can be used on future orders. For example, if you spend $50 on materials, we’ll bank $5.00 in your LinguiLoot® account to use on any future prepaid order.
Note: To earn or use LinguiLoot® credit on a web order you must supply your account number at checkout. Without it, the LinguiLoot™ system will not recognize your order as eligible for LinguiLoot™. Forgot your account number? Go here

What do you mean by “frequent buyer”? Do I have to order from you several times per year?
No. There is no minimum number of orders you must place in any given time.

What are the requirements to join and use LinguiLoot®?
There are only three:
1. You must have an e-mail address.
2. Orders must be prepaid (no billing).
3. Orders must be personal orders.

  • E-mail address. LinguiLoot® is a web-based program. We will contact you monthly by e-mail and remind you of your current LinguiLoot® balance. These e-mails will also give you information about new products and share news of special offers only available to LinguiLoot® members. Note: LinguiSystems respects your privacy. We never rent or sell your e-mail address.
  • Prepaid order. A prepaid order is an order you pay for at the time you place your order, usually with a credit card, via phone, fax, website, or mail. Checks mailed with your order are also considered prepaid.
  • A personal order is paid for with a personal credit card - that is, the credit card bill comes to you and is paid for with your personal funds. An order accompanied by a check from your personal checking account is also a personal order. Business and school orders are not eligible for the LinguiLoot program.

How often will you e-mail?
We will e-mail you once a month. We’ll remind you of your account balance and share information or specials exclusively for LinguiLoot ® members.

Can I join if I don’t have an e-mail address?
Sorry, no. LinguiLoot® is a web-based program and we must be able to contact you via e-mail.

I’m a LinguiLoot® member, but I’m not receiving any e-mail from you. What’s wrong?
Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address. Click on Member Login and select Update Account Info to edit your e-mail address, if necessary. Be careful to only edit your current information and not create a whole new account.

Does your e-mail address have spam blockers?
Some spam blockers don’t allow our e-mails to go through. It’s best to provide a home e-mail address for LinguiLoot® since many schools and businesses block certain e-mail addresses.

My e-mail address has changed. What should I do?
Click on Member Login and select Update Account Info to edit your e-mail address. Be careful to only edit your current information and not create a whole new account.

How do I redeem my LinguiLoot® dollars?
When you place your order, tell us your LinguiLoot® account number. You can use all or some of your dollars toward your purchase. For example:

  • You are placing an order for a $44.95 game.
  • You have $14.00 in your LinguiLoot® account.
  • If you use all of your dollars, the cost of the game will be $30.95.
  • You can choose to use only a partial amount of your LinguiLoot® dollars, it’s up
    to you!

Is there a minimum order amount?
No. For example, if you have $10 in your LinguiLoot® account and you purchase one card deck for $9.95, your account would be reduced to $0.05.

Can LinguiLoot® be refunded in cash?
Sorry, no. For example, if you had $20 in your LinguiLoot® account and wanted to purchase a $9.95 card deck, you couldn’t use all of your LinguiLoot® for the purchase and receive a cash refund.

Does LinguiLoot® expire?
Yes. Earned LinguiLoot® expires ONE YEAR from the date of your initial purchase. It is possible to have multiple expiration dates if you don’t redeem all of your LinguiLoot® with each purchase.

How do I check my LinguiLoot® account balance?
Click on Member Login on the LinguiLoot® page. This will take you to the member page where your balance will be displayed. From there, you’ll have the following options:

  • View Transaction History
  • Update Account Information

Can I use LinguiLoot® dollars in conjunction with testing credit or with volume discounts?
Sorry, no. LinguiLoot® cannot be combined with these other customer programs. Our test credit is a separate benefit for our test examiners. Our volume discount program is a benefit for schools and businesses that place large orders with multiple quantities.

How soon will my earned LinguiLoot® be ready to use after I’ve ordered?
Please allow at least two business days for your LinguiLoot® dollars to be posted in your account.

How do returns affect LinguiLoot®?
If you’re returning an item that helped you accrue LinguiLoot® dollars, those dollars will be deducted from your account accordingly.

If you’re returning an item that you purchased with redeemed LinguiLoot® dollars, those dollars will be put back in your account accordingly.

Keep in mind that LinguiLoot® dollars are assigned based on the total dollar amount of your order. If you are returning one item from an order that included multiple items, your LinguiLoot® dollars will be adjusted accordingly and might not reflect 10% of that one item.
