The LinguiLoot® program has been canceled effective June 1, 2009. What does that mean to me?

Beginning June 1, 2009, you cannot earn any more LinguiLoot® dollars. The LinguiLoot® dollars you have earned will NOT be taken away from you. You can redeem any available dollars before they expire according to the original terms of your membership, that is, twelve months from the date the money was earned.

What is LinguiLoot®?

LinguiLoot® is our Frequent Buyer Program. 

How often will you e-mail?

We will e-mail you once a month.  We’ll remind you of your account balance and share information or specials exclusively for LinguiLoot ® members.

I’m a LinguiLoot® member, but I’m not receiving any e-mail from you. What’s wrong?

Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address.  Click on Member Login and select Update Account Info to edit your e-mail address, if necessary.  Be careful to only edit your current information and not create a whole new account.

Does your e-mail address have spam blockers?

Some spam blockers don’t allow our e-mails to go through.  It’s best to provide a home e-mail address for LinguiLoot® since many schools and businesses block certain e-mail addresses.

My e-mail address has changed. What should I do?

Click on Member Login and select Update Account Info to edit your e-mail address.  Be careful to only edit your current information and not create a whole new account.

How do I redeem my LinguiLoot® dollars?

When you place your order, tell us your LinguiLoot® account number.  You can use all or some of your dollars toward your purchase.  For example:

  • You are placing an order for a $44.95 game.
  • You have $14.00 in your LinguiLoot® account.
  • If you use all of your dollars, the cost of the game will be $30.95.
  • You can choose to use only a partial amount of your LinguiLoot® dollars, it’s up to you!
Is there a minimum order amount?

No. For example, if you have $10 in your LinguiLoot® account and you purchase one card deck for $9.95, your account would be reduced to $0.05.

Can LinguiLoot® be refunded in cash?

Sorry, no. For example, if you had $20 in your LinguiLoot® account and wanted to purchase a $9.95 card deck, you couldn’t use all of your LinguiLoot® for the purchase and receive a cash refund.

Does LinguiLoot® expire?

Yes.  Earned LinguiLoot® expires ONE YEAR from the date of your initial purchase.  It is possible to have multiple expiration dates if you don’t redeem all of your LinguiLoot® with each purchase.

How do I check my LinguiLoot® account balance?

Click on Member Login on the LinguiLoot® page.  This will take you to the member page where your balance will be displayed.  From there, you’ll have the following options:

  • View Transaction History
  • Update Account Information
Can I use LinguiLoot® dollars in conjunction with testing credit or with volume discounts?

Sorry, no. LinguiLoot® cannot be combined with these other customer programs.  Our test credit is a separate benefit for our test examiners.  Our volume discount program is a benefit for schools and businesses that place large orders with multiple quantities.

How do returns affect LinguiLoot®?

If you’re returning an item that helped you accrue LinguiLoot® dollars, those dollars will be deducted from your account accordingly.

Keep in mind that LinguiLoot® dollars are assigned based on the total dollar amount of your order.  If you are returning one item from an order that included multiple items, your LinguiLoot® dollars will be adjusted accordingly and might not reflect 10% of that one item.
