Terms and conditions of LinguiLoot® Program:

1. Earn 10 cents for every one dollar spent, less taxes.
   
2. An e-mail address is required to sign up for the LinguiLoot® program. LinguiSystems takes the proper use of your personal information seriously. We take great care to safeguard information in our possession. LinguiSystems does not share or sell customer information.
3. Prepayment is required via personal credit card or personal check to earn LinguiLoot™ dollars. Business or school orders are not eligible.
4. You must supply your LinguiLoot® account number on web orders for such orders to be eligible for LinguiLoot®.
5. LinguiLoot® dollars expire one year after purchase date.
6. LinguiLoot® dollars cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The LinguiLoot® program is based on US currency only.
8. LinguiLoot® dollars earned will be available for use one business day after your order is shipped.
9. Return of product will result in adjustments to your LinguiLoot® account.
10. Only one membership is allowed per individual. Your LinguiLoot® account is for your personal use only. Please do not share your account information with others. LinguiLoot™ dollars can only accrue to one LinguiLoot® account number.
11. The accruing or redemption of LinguiLoot® dollars cannot be combined with the LinguiSystems Volume Discount plan or the LinguiSystems Testing Credit program.
12. Redemption of LinguiLoot™ dollars is allocated among the total number of items ordered. Redemption dollars cannot be directed toward one item if more than one item is ordered.
13. The LinguiLoot™ program can be modified or terminated at any time.
14. The LinguiLoot™ program is void where prohibited.
