The second edition expands the original test for a more in-depth and comprehensive analysis of social communication skills in context.
The TOPL-2 is based on Norris and Hoffman's language model, Situation-Discourse-Semantic (S-D-S) and examines pragmatic language in seven contexts. It utilizes narratives and story contexts that revolve around natural, everyday communicative and social interactions.
