To be removed from our print catalog mailing list, please provide name and address information exactly as it appears on the mailing label. The "coding information" is on the back of the catalog, in a yellow box to the lower left.
We will process your delist request promptly. Please be aware, however, that mailing lists are finalized months in advance of an actual mailing. It's therefore possible that you'll receive one more mailing from us before your request becomes effective. If you do get one more, that will be the last one!
